Abundant Arils

Beauty for the eye and for the body.



Pomegranate arils are considered a superfood. They are loaded with nutrients and fibre and are low in calories



Pomegranate arils are high in vitamins C and B (riboflavin, thiamin, and niacin).






The arils contain minerals - calcium, phosphorus, iron.



They also contain potassium.



Don't forget about the folic acid and fibre.



All for about 80 calories per 1/2 cup.




Also, pomegranate arils are abundantly beautiful!
